IRON SERIES 2026

Get ready for your 2026–2027 season.
Join Labeda Shakers in Bilbao for the last big tournament of the summer the IIHS Iron Series 2026 in Bilbao, Spain.

This registration is for individual players looking for a roster spot with Labeda Shakers. After submitting the form, our staff will review your division, position,  and team availability before confirming your participation.

Dates: September 3 – 13

Location: Bilbao, Spain

Divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, 21U, Men’s, Women’s, Masters

Fee per player: 120 EUR per division.
*Players can play more than one division.

Teams Age Groups Divisions and dates

  • 8U: Players born in 2017 and younger (September 3rd – 5th)
  • 10U: Players born in 2015 and younger (September 4th – 6th)
  • 12U: Players born in 2013 and younger (September 3rd – 6th)
  • 14U: Players born in 2011 and younger (September 3rd – 6th)
  • 16U: Players born in 2009 and younger (September 3rd – 6th)
  • 18U: Players born in 2007 and younger (September 4th – 6th)
  • 21U: Players born in 2004 and younger (September 10th – 13th)
  • Men’s: Players born in 2010 and older (September 10th – 13th)
  • Masters: Players born in 1990 and older (September 11th – 13th)
  • Women’s Pro: Players born in 2012 and older (September 10th – 13th)

  • 2 Referees per game
  • 2 periods
  • Players per team: Max (14 skaters + 2 goalies) , Min (8 skaters + 1 goalie)

Logistics

Each player is responsible for arriving and departing to the venue by their own means, closest airport is the Bilbao Aiport BIO, 15 min by car from the rink.

Accommodation

Each player is free to choose their own accommodation https://iihshockey.com/ironseries2026/

Regardless of the accommodation selected by the player, each player is responsible for being 45 minutes before each game at the arena.

Food

Each player is responsible for their own food.

Jerseys & Pants

Price per Jersey: 35 EUR
Price per Pant: 40 EUR

Each player must buy their own jersey. This should be paid before the tournament.

Each player should have black pants, option to buy shakers pants should be inform before the tournament.

Insurance

Each player should organize their own international accident and health insurance to be able to play the tournament. Our team will check each player insurance before the first game. Player without international accident and health insurance, won’t be allowed to play.

The Labeda Shakers organization neither IIHS organization is not responsible for any injuries, nor is it responsible for any claim whatsoever made by any participant or player. This is the sole responsibility of each and every participant.

Each player must fill out and sign the waiver form in order to be eligible to play. The waiver form states that each player is responsible for their own insurance and has obtained sufficient health coverage, and that the IIHS organization is not liable for any injuries or claims made by any participant or player. In the case of an underage player, the player’s legal guardian must sign and return their registration and waiver forms.
